Case Study
"Secure21 installed 4 cameras for us...excellent work...others said it couldn't be done. Spent time loading the App and making sure we knew how to use it. Would recommend them without question."
To combat stolen vehicle activity and improve security, a crossroads was identified as a key location for monitoring suspicious traffic. Secure21 LTD was approached to install a standalone CCTV system capable of capturing and recording high-quality footage at this busy intersection. The system needed to enable remote monitoring and data access, providing authorities with a reliable means of surveillance.
The primary challenge was to design a CCTV system that could effectively monitor the crossroads and transmit the video footage back to a central location for review. The cameras had to be installed across the road from the recording equipment, requiring a wireless solution to transmit the data. Additionally, remote access to the footage was essential, making it necessary to integrate the system with a stable network connection in an area where traditional internet options were limited.
The installation began with positioning the CCTV cameras at optimal locations around the crossroads to ensure maximum coverage and clarity of captured footage. The cameras were mounted securely, and their angles were adjusted to monitor all incoming and outgoing traffic. The wireless bridge was then installed to transmit the video data from the cameras to the NVR across the road. Once the bridge was set up, the NVR was connected to a 5G router, providing remote access capabilities. Extensive testing was conducted to ensure seamless data transmission, stable network connectivity, and clear video quality.
To meet these requirements, Secure21 LTD designed a solution involving strategically placed high-resolution CCTV cameras for comprehensive coverage of the crossroads. A wireless bridge was used to transmit the data from the cameras across the road to the Network Video Recorder (NVR) on the opposite side, eliminating the need for complex cabling. The NVR was connected to a 5G router, providing a fast and reliable network connection for remote access to the recorded footage, ensuring authorities could review the data in real-time or access it later as needed.
The standalone CCTV system installed by Secure21 LTD at the crossroads provided an effective solution for monitoring stolen vehicle activity. The use of a wireless bridge allowed for efficient data transmission across the road, while the 5G router enabled reliable remote access to the footage. This installation enhanced the local authorities' ability to surveil the area and respond to suspicious activities promptly. The project demonstrated Secure21 LTD's expertise in delivering flexible and high-performance security solutions for challenging locations.
