Replacing Old with New

Our client had an old existing pair of swing gates that were no longer fit for purpose.

We recommended our “Volante Sliding Gate” with matching pedestrian gate installation which made for a secure drive way but allowed free access for visitors and the postman.

Once the blue prints had been drawn and confirmed we proceed with the steel work and fabrication. We send it all for zinc and powder coating in the colour our client had specified, installation is then to follow.

We pride ourselves on minimum disruption to our clients and their surrounding grounds when installing.

We installed the 3 gate posts first and ran the wiring for all the safety sensors and keypad.

We removed the old existing automation, the wooden gates & posts and replaced it with our all new ‘Volante’ steel swing gates with brushless electric automation.

This made for an easily maintainable installation that will keep on working perfectly for years to come.

Our client was extremely happy with our work and their new electric automated swing gate with matching pedestrian gate.

On completion we issued our client with a handover pack detailing installation, hazards, and instruction on manual operations, how to operate the gates, declaration of conformity and UKCA mark, risk assessment of gate and force readings.

We recommend an annual service to ensure the gate is running smoothly and safely throughout its life.
