Building & Automating a Domestic Driveway Gate that raises 350mm

Our client had a very old automated wooden driveway swing gate that had deteriorated significantly and was no longer functional. This resulted in numerous issues, including compromised security and frequent inconvenience, as the gates were often left open. Our client needed a reliable and aesthetically pleasing replacement that could also address a unique challenge: the gate had to raise 350mm upon opening to clear an incline in the driveway. Additionally, our client required an efficient communication system to manage visitors at the gate from the house.
